Christmas Turtle Dove and Rosetta

I have started making sample cards using my Whimsy stamps. The fist two are Christmas Turtle Dove and Rosetta.

Whimsy Stamps do not come with coloured pictures and I know how many people like to have something to look at the first time they colour a new stamped image so I am trying to get as many stamps as possible coloured so that I can pop copies of them in with your stamp purchase. There are lots of lovely images for you to look at on the Whimsy Stamps website if you get a stamp I haven't done yet but I hope that won't happen.

New product line : Whimsy Stamps

I am very happy to say that we are now carrying Whimsy Stamps. Very cute designs that will make adorable cards for many occasions. I am blaming my friend Donna from California for being the influence that lead me to decide I had to stock this line. Not a bad influence mind you, but I never would have known about them if Donna hadn't lead me to them. I will be doing samples soon but until I do here are some of the stamps that are now available from our online store.

Avery Elle Stamps and matching dies

Isn't this little fairy cute? I die cut the wings from vellum and drew swirls on them with a metallic silver gel pen. Rather than glue the wings to the card, I slit down both sides of the fairy's body with a craft knife and slipped the wings underneath. I used a Penny Black die for the Heart Flowers border. The flower was a stamp that I can't remember the companies name....sorry. The Dies that match the fairy stamp come joined together and when broken apart are very small. It is worth getting an magnetic sheet to store them on.

Art Impressions Stacker Die and stamps.

The Stacker die takes all the hassle out of making an interactive card that works the first time, every time. You don't have to use the stamps designed for this die but they are really cute. I have done the turtles as you can see.

Create the actual slider by using the centre piece that is cut out as a guide and make it a bit bigger so that it doesn't pop out when in action.

Art Impressions Utility die set

This is a very useful Die and stamp set for those of you who are always looking for card and scrapbook products suitable for the men in your family. There are multiple small stamp to convey a personal message to the recipient. You can get this to fit an A6 size card but it does fit better on a DL size card.
